On the Road
You may be asked to travel with a roadshow to assist with logistics and ensure the issuer has an enjoyable experience during the roadshow. We are excellent partners in this regard, as our experience with hundreds of offerings ensures that details are not overlooked and that service levels and client satisfaction are as high as they can be.
For example, we meet the traveling team (CEO, CFO, IRO) on the tarmac when they land on the evening preceding the salesforce meeting. Our cars are lined up ready to transport the issuers and any accompanying bankers. We take all luggage and tag them with specially branded luggage tags, taking note of the luggage’s description in the event they are misplaced. We then have an inventory of all baggage and creative materials which are then tracked around the US or world without the issuer concerning themselves with carrying the bags themselves.
For each function we perform there are similar disciplined procedures in place to ensure there is an audit trail and backup plan in place so that meetings are made on time and the speaker team is well prepared and rested to meet with investors.
