Our Differentiation
Relative to our competition, we have three distinct advantages:
1. We have direct, first-hand experience with the IPO process and have ourselves participated in highly successful IPOs. We have worked for private companies that went public, and understand the internal dynamics and importance of external-facing communications in and planning in the months and weeks leading up to a roadshow. We have investor relations, marketing and finance backgrounds and are passionate about the roadshow business. We understand what the banking team is working to achieve and that careers can be made or bent because of a roadshow.
2. Our project managers have a minimum of 10 years experience with executing IPO roadshows and other transactions. We will not, in any circumstance, provide people with little or no roadshow experience. We will turn down the business before we would do this. The team you meet at the pitch will be the same team that works on the assignment.
3. We are owners in our firm. We are as aligned as one can be with the mandate of delivering exceptional service and results. We care about each and every client and enjoy our relationships with them.
